Mike is the founder of Frank Podcasts, with a background in acting, writing, producing, and radio. After launching talent agency Frank Management to offer a more connected and focused form of representation for creatives, he recognised podcasting as a powerful way to expand opportunities - not just for talent, but for businesses and industries looking to engage more meaningfully with their own teams and their wider industries.
Mike now leads the strategic direction of Frank Podcasts, with a focus on finding new ways to connect audiences to podcasts, expanding revenue streams for creators, and educating Kiwis on the incredible power of podcasting.
Sam Blackmore
Head of Podcasting and Partnerships
Sam oversees studio operations, post-production, brand partnerships, and the delivery of high-quality content with broadcast-grade audio and 4K video.
Graduating top of her class with a Bachelor’s Degree in Broadcasting Communications, specialising in Film and Television Production, Sam combines creative vision with technical precision. Her focus is always on providing the best possible client experience and delivering a final product that exceeds expectations.
Under Sam’s leadership, Frank Podcasts continues to grow its reputation as an industry leader in premium podcast production.
